All current TMT mug purchases are completed on Etsy. This website does not take payment, create orders or store your Etsy order details.

Shipping

Printify is the disclosed production partner and prints and ships each mug on demand. Free US shipping is currently displayed on Etsy. Etsy shows the final destination-specific shipping information and estimated delivery window at checkout.

Returns and exchanges

Return and exchange eligibility is governed by the policy displayed on the Etsy listing you purchase from. Because Etsy policies can be set at listing level, this site does not replace that live policy with a broader promise.

If something goes wrong

Start from your Etsy order and contact the seller through Etsy so the order details remain attached. Etsy’s buyer-support process covers qualifying cases such as an order that does not arrive, arrives damaged, or differs significantly from the listing.

Delivery dates

We do not publish invented or fixed delivery promises here. The live estimate presented by Etsy for your destination is the one to use when deciding whether an item will arrive in time for a gift.
