Shipping

Our current Etsy listings include free US shipping. Enter the delivery address on Etsy to see the estimated arrival window and any destination-specific details before you pay.

When will my order arrive?

Your gift is made after you order. Etsy shows the live delivery estimate for your address at checkout, so if you are buying for a birthday, holiday or other deadline, use that date to make sure the timing works for you.

Returns & exchanges

Because products are made to order, return and exchange eligibility can vary by listing. Check the Returns & exchanges section on the Etsy listing before ordering so you know exactly what applies to your purchase.

Damaged, incorrect or missing order?

Message us through your Etsy order. That keeps the order details in one place and makes it much easier to help quickly. Etsy also provides buyer support for qualifying orders that do not arrive, arrive damaged or are significantly different from the listing.
