What mug sizes are available?
Current mug designs come in 11oz and 15oz. Each product page includes a quick size comparison to help you choose.
Are the mugs microwave- and dishwasher-safe?
Yes. The glossy white ceramic mugs are microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe. Hand washing with warm water and dish soap is fine too.
Are products made to order?
Yes. Each gift is made after you order instead of being pulled from a pile of pre-printed stock.
Is US shipping free?
Yes. Our current Etsy listings include free US shipping. Etsy shows the delivery estimate for your address before checkout.
What is the return policy?
Return and exchange eligibility can vary by listing because products are made to order. Check the Returns & exchanges section on the Etsy listing before buying. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or does not arrive, message us through your Etsy order.
Are the designs made with AI?
We use AI-assisted illustration tools as part of the creative process, then select, edit, prepare and quality-check the finished designs before they go on products.
