Where do I actually buy the mugs?
Checkout happens on Etsy through the That’s My Thing Etsy shop. This website is the catalogue and gift-guide layer; it does not process payments.
What sizes are available?
Every current mug is offered in 11oz and 15oz versions. Product pages include the current Printify dimensions for both sizes so you can compare them before heading to Etsy.
Are the mugs microwave- and dishwasher-safe?
Yes. The current Printify white ceramic mug specification lists both sizes as microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe. Hand washing with warm water and dish soap is also suitable.
Who prints and ships the mugs?
Printify is the disclosed production partner. The mug is produced and shipped on demand after an Etsy order is placed.
Is US shipping free?
Free US shipping is currently shown on the TMT Etsy listings. Etsy displays the final shipping and delivery information before checkout.
What is the return policy?
Return and exchange eligibility is shown on the specific Etsy listing and is governed through Etsy. Etsy also provides support routes for qualifying orders that do not arrive, arrive damaged, or differ significantly from the listing.
Are the designs made with AI?
AI-assisted illustration tools are used in the artwork workflow. That’s My Thing selects, edits, prepares and quality-checks the final design and discloses the AI-assisted process.
Why are the Etsy buttons disabled on this pre-launch build?
TMT requires approved Etsy Share & Save destination links before public checkout buttons are activated. The site intentionally does not fall back to raw listing URLs.
